How Our Flower Preservation Works

At Sparkles Bespoke Resins we specialise in wedding flower preservation and memorial flower preservation across the UK. We transform your bridal bouquets and memorial flowers into beautiful resin keepsakes including display blocks, frames, jewellery and custom resin tables.

Once your order is placed we send you full instructions for posting your flowers to us via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. When they arrive safely you will receive a confirmation email.

Your flowers are carefully sorted, dried over approximately 4 weeks, then handcrafted into your chosen keepsake with love and attention to detail. Our turnaround time is 6 to 8 months from receiving your flowers.

Sending Your flowers

Sending Your Flowers

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions for sending your flowers, including step by step picture instructions. Please remember to check your junk folder.

When sending your flowers please include your name, contact number and order number so we can identify your flowers when they arrive.

Flowers can also be dropped off by arrangement at our studio in Cwmbran NP44, South Wales. Please let us know in advance.

Important Information

  • Caring for your keepsakes

    To care for your items please keep out of direct sunlight as this can make the colour in your items fade over time. To clean or polish please only use soft clean cloth along with warm soapy water and dry and polish up with a clean dry microfibre cloth.

  • Refunds

    Refunds & Cancellations

    As all items are bespoke and handcrafted to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.

    Cancelled before flowers received: Full refund minus processing fees

    Cancelled during drying stage: 50% refund

    After casting has begun: Non-refundable

    If your flowers arrive damaged or unusable we will contact you and offer a full refund.

    Items arriving damaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace at no extra cost.

    You will always be sent photos for approval before your items are posted.

    If your wedding date changes we are happy to reschedule at no extra charge.

  • Turn around times

    General turn around times are 6 to 8 months from receiving your flowers. These times can be shorter but when we are working through the busy seasons please allow this extra time during our busy months. Flower preservation is not a fast process and take time. Your flowers will be drying for 4 weeks and we work in order of flowers received.
